| Brian and I
visited the Depot Sunday, and were delighted at the great job
the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission and Cascade
Rail Foundation did to restore the building. While
there, we had the opportunity to meet Brian Lee, the Foundations VP,
and also the "go to" person to arrange events, from meetings to
catered affairs, there.
Brian told us a long list of events that are scheduled to take
place in the coming year, so we know it will soon be a favorite
destination for the locals.
I am including a few photos for you to get a sense of what you
will see at this gloriously restored depot. Please stop in yourself
to realize the full extent of the work this group did to bear
witness to the glory that was once the Milwaukee Road.
