Reports from the Milwaukee Road -- Dominion Creek, MT

On returning to the car we decided to see just how far down the right of way we could drive toward the Dominion Creek Tunnel and Trestle. Here is the RoW.
Here is the block at the west portal of the Dominion Creek Tunnel.
We walked through the tunnel to the trestle beyond and then walked across it as well.
On the road below along the Dominion Creek road we see a doe and her fawn.
On the other side we see the road block that would have stopped us from driving to East Portal from Saltese.
Before walking back across the trestle I took Cheri’s photo with the gallows in the background.
On our walk back across the trestle we wondered what this was.
